Online roadside assistance

Audi connect can help with problems with the technology. The driver or passenger can manually trigger the roadside assistance via the service call button in the roof module. A telephone connection to the Audi help is then set up. The problem can be described via the hands-free function. The call centre then provides help for self-help or informs on-site roadside assistance.
