Apps and services at a glance

The informative and useful apps and connect services make driving with your Audi more comfortable and safe. You can receive and send data just as quickly as at home. And use the remote services to communicate directly with your Audi via smartphone. Detailed information can be found in the respective categories:

Depending on the vehicle model, you can order your Audi connect services with one of two equipment packages: the "Audi connect Navigation & Infotainment" package (with myRoute, myInfo, myNetwork, myRoadmusic) and the "Audi connect Emergency Call and Service incl. Vehicle Control" package (with myService and myCarManager.) For e-tron vehicles: e-tron-specific myCarManager services are available for the A3 e-tron as standard with "Audi connect e-tron services", and likewise come as standard for the Q7 e-tron in its connect equipment.

Audi MMI® connect App

With the MMI connect app, connect services can be used via smartphone and vehicle functions can be controlled. Depending on the model and equipment, the use of Webradio and Napster is possible, for example, via wireless hotspot, and it is possible to save the travel destination in advance via myAudi. With the vehicle control, the doors can be unlocked, among other things, and the charging status can be checked for e-tron models. To use these and other Audi connect services, you must register at www.myaudi.com.

Wireless hotspot and data packages

Using the "wireless hotspot and data packages" service, you can expand current Audi models with Audi connect to a wireless hotspot. Totally simple, without requiring further configuration or a visit to the workshop! Our partner offers high coverage and LTE speed at affordable package prices throughout Europe. For the conclusion of the contract, you will be redirected to the website of our cooperation partner. You can easily buy additional packages or extensions of existing packages via the MMI in your vehicle.

The specified fuel consumption and emission data have been determind according to the measurement procedures prescribed by law. Since 1st September 2017, certain new vehicles are already being type-approved according to the Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure (WLTP), a more realistic test procedure for measuring fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. Starting on September 1st 2018, the New European Driving Cycle (NEDC) will be replaced by the WLTP in stages. Owing to the more realistic test conditions, the fuel consumption and CO2 emissions measured according to the WLTP will, in many cases, be higher than those measured according to the NEDC. Therefore, the usage of CO2 emission values measured according to WLTP for vehicle taxation from 1st September 2018 on can cause changes in this regard as well. We are currently still required by law to state the NEDC figures. In the case of new vehicles which have been type-approved according to the WLTP, the NEDC figures are derived from the WLTP data. It is possible to specify the WLTP figures voluntarily in addition until such times as this is required by law. In cases where the NEDC figures are specified as value ranges, these do not refer to a particular individual vehicle and do not constitute part of the sales offering. They are intended exclusively as a means of comparison between different vehicle types. Additional equipment and accessories (e.g. add-on parts, different tyre formats, etc.) may change the relevant vehicle parameters, such as weight, rolling resistance and aerodynamics, and, in conjunction with weather and traffic conditions and individual driving style, may affect fuel consumption, electrical power consumption, CO2 emissions and the performance figures for the vehicle.
